Morning sunshine: Before you start your day with caffeine heat up a glass of water and add half a tea-spoon of cinnamon powder into the water. Sip on this. On alternate days instead of cinnamon powder, squeeze few drops of fresh lemon into your hot water. Add honey if you want some taste. Alternate between these two and you will definitely feel lighter before you start your day. The only reason it is important to switch between cinnamon and lemon juice is to avoid your body to heat up or produce alot of acid.
