• Water : I cannot stress more on the benefits of drinking water. It doesnt only flush toxins from our body, but also builds our immune system. Your skin will have no acne, it will start glowing almost instantaneously. Have minimum 3litres of water everyday. Most importantly sip on hot water after every meal. You might want to have some green-tea, but if you dont like the taste of exotic tea dips, then just settle for a cup of warm water. This helps digestion and cuts fat.
