• 30 minutes body stretch – I’ll leave this upto you – doesnt matter what you do, but all you need to do is make sure you move your body for atleast 30 minutes everyday. Ideally do whatever you love so you can get into a habit of doing it everyday. Swim, dance, run, play a sport, go to the gym – anything works as long as you allow the blood to circulate and enjoy some body movement.
