3. Fight or flight? We’re more inclined to argue, blame, criticize, and/or withhold affection. We’re more likely to judge the relationship as negative and blame our loved one for a problem, not realizing that stress is distorting our perception. We’re insecure, low on energies and feel intimidated. This back-lashes in the form of retaliating, being judge-mental and negative with and around our loved ones. We have attached too much negativity around our aura and desperately are calling out for a cleanse. Running away from matters that need to be faced is a sign too.
