Vegetables

Vegetable such as tomato, carrots, lettuce, cucumber, radish, spinach, fennel and asparagus are watery vegetable and the digestion of these vegetables is easy for the body. These vegetables are good for all skin types especially for dry skin. Combination of vegetable with olive oil and lemon juice, add flavor to the food and also increase the overall water content of food. Make sure you consume more alkaline vegetables and especially ”greens” that are rich in oxidants.
