Water

Drink plenty of water!! Water should be our best friend. Wake up and drink 500ml of water and through the day drink 3-4 litres of water. The intake of more water decreases the sensitivity of the skin and also decreases the dryness of the skin by making skin thin and delicate. Water has a cooling quality and helps with nourishment. It helps with digestion and counteracts the dryness. It nurtures, lubricates and also detoxifies. Infact the next time you want to binge-eat, just drink a glass of water and you will feel full.
