Exercise

Exercising is necessary in preventing fat to accumulate in our muscles. Exercising helps to keep our muscles and joints healthy and toned and also help sweat out toxins. Most importantly, it improves blood circulation, digestion, and gives us a healthy blush! Choose the type of exercise that makes you feel good and gives you energy without exhausting you – you should enjoy it and have fun moving your body.

MOJO TIP: Make sure you spend enough time taking long, deep and full breaths & get atleast 7 hours of sleep everyday. All these forces combines will truly help you with holistic well – being.
