2. Exercise: No matter how hectic, tedious and physically/mentally demanding your day has been, find the time to go for a run/brisk walk for at least 20 minutes every day. Find a nice park near your house, wear your Nike kicks, and just do it 😉

It’ll be a much better option than sitting in front of your TV and eating a bag or doritos. Let your fitbit taunt you until you complete your target steps for the day. You need to flush your toxins and tire yourself to get a good 7 hours of sleep.
