4. Work life balance: My manager used to tell me that if I work beyond office timings that means I am unproductive at work and I am not managing my time efficiently. Since then, my life became all about ‘to – do lists’ and me following them to the T. It’s vital to balance your work responsibilities and your responsibility towards your own self/family. You will always thing ”work is never over” and so you might end up slaving it well beyond your work hours. This isnt healthy.

Plan your tasks for the day. Break your tasks into urgent and important, and plan your day in accordance to priority. Leave work on time so that you can get home and eat at least one meal with your whole family, listen to how your family spent their day and put your kids to bed.
