1: Start with first taking a deep breath and Release Negative / Limiting Self-Belief. Your parents might compare you to the stronger sibling, you can be stereotyped and judged if you are a man who gets emotional, you can be asked to man-up, you can be asked to shrug your feelings off, you can be asked to grow a thicker skin – the list of expectation doesn’t ever end and it’s more of a herd-mentality where you look at the grass on the other side never appreciate your own qualities – good or bad. Don’t allow anyone else to define and determine your future. Your future is in your hands and you will be just fine being your true authentic and genuine self. So don’t have any limiting beliefs, release yourself from the negative thoughts about yourself and whether or not you fit into society because you do.
