2.Anger – The most difficult or challenging part of dealing with the truth. We hate knowing what the politicians are doing with our tax money; we hate to know what our kids do at rave parties; we hate to wonder what our girlfriends and boyfriends are doing at their holiday with friends; we hate to think about the darker side of reality. It makes us angry. So most of us create our own safety bubble and we live our every day within that. We forget that anger is like fire—the more you hold on to it, the more it will hurt you, and no one else. You eventually will come to a point when you realize that you have to deal with the fact that not everything is in your control and not everything is our choice. We could be puppets; we could all be lost souls; we could all have our own destined journeys—whatever theory helps you through the night, the ultimate truth is we don’t know what is in store for us in our tomorrow.
