3.Bargaining – This is the time when your instinct takes over and you try to get in control. You try to get in control of your feelings, emotions, and your reality. You either blame something or someone, you analyze and overanalyze the situation. You come up with theories for causes and repercussions. This is that phase when you try to play God. You have not accepted what has happened, but you try to make sense of it. You mind is still clouded, and it is feeling absolutely vulnerable and ambiguous. You don’t know what to do, so you come up with explanations you give yourself and your friends. This is when you’re at the brink and you need the most stability of thought process. This is when you sit and trace all the things that happened right before you lost the thing or person that you loved.
