2. You’re parched!

If you drink 3-4 litres of water a day then this point isnt for you. But if you can go through your whole day without feeling thirsty or simply just ”forgetting” to drink water, then you have a problem. We know water doesnt taste to impress, and sure you’d rather want to pick a soda over water- but that’s the mistake you’re making. Do not pump your body with access sugar – we anyway eat processed food (in our oatmeal porridge, cornflakes etc), we should try avoiding extra sugar as much as we can. Having said that, ditch the soda for water! We cannot stress enough how water is the base for your entire system to work in a healthy manner.

The cause for your heavy head is the lack of water in your body. You feel lethargic and you feel like fainting. If you forget to drink water, set reminders / alarms on your phone to remind you to sip water after every 15minutes.

Drinking Water helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.

Without water, you too can shrivel up and die. Or to sound less scary and dramatic, you can feel low on energy and want to faint.
